Platform Agreement

The Platform Agreement is the contract between BeWell IT and the teachers and organisations who run their own programmes on the BeWell Catalyst® platform (the Teacher Tier). It sets out the binding terms for subscribing to and using the platform. For a plain-English overview of what it means, see Platform terms.

- The services a subscription provides, including course and programme management, participant engagement, analytics, your own branding, and onboarding support
- Subscription, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation
- Course Sales, the optional feature for selling places on your own courses, where you are the merchant of record and payments are taken on your own Stripe account
- Your responsibilities as a subscriber, including obtaining consent from your participants and identifying a lawful basis
- Intellectual property: you keep ownership of your content, and BeWell IT keeps ownership of the platform
- Data protection roles, and how the agreement works alongside the Data Processing Agreement
- AI features: practitioner insights, the optional Course Chatbot, and the built-in Support Chatbot
- Limitation of liability, indemnities, and confidentiality
- Changing, suspending, and ending the agreement, with notice and, where applicable, a pro-rata refund
- Governing law and disputes (England and Wales)
