Data Processing Agreement

Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out how BeWell IT processes personal data on behalf of the teachers and organisations who run courses on the BeWell Catalyst platform. It forms part of the Teacher Tier terms and is entered into under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
