Data Processing Agreement

Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out how BeWell IT processes personal data on behalf of the teachers and organisations who run courses on the BeWell Catalyst® platform. It forms part of the Teacher Tier terms and is entered into under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
