What happens when I'm between courses?

You can pause your subscription at any time. Your organisation, course content, and participant data are retained for 12 months at no charge. When you're ready to deliver again, simply reactivate — everything will be exactly as you left it. No re-onboarding fee applies.

Question 2

What does the onboarding include?

We create your organisation, walk you through the platform, and support you as you set up your first course content. This includes up to 10 hours of hands-on support via video call and email. You manage your own content — we make sure you're confident doing so.

Question 3

Can my participants access the course on their phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Participants download the Mindful Brian app (or your custom app, if you choose Option 2) from the App Store or Google Play and access your course directly on their mobile device. The platform also works on tablets.

Question 4

What if I need more than 100 participants?

Accepted Answer

The Teacher Tier supports up to 100 active participants. If you're running larger programmes or institutional deployments, contact us about the Institutional Tier for custom pricing to suit your scale.

Is the platform compliant with data protection regulations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. BeWell Catalyst is fully UK GDPR compliant with encrypted data storage (AES, in transit and at rest via Google Firebase). The platform follows privacy-by-design principles, collecting only essential data.

Question 6

Who qualifies for the Academic Research Tier?

Accepted Answer

The Academic Research Tier is available free of charge to postgraduate students (MSc, MA, PhD) conducting supervised research as part of their degree. Your academic supervisor must endorse the application, and applicants agree to credit BeWell IT in published work and permit BeWell IT to reference the study.

What is the AI Chatbot add-on?

The AI Chatbot is an optional feature that gives your participants an AI-powered Q&A assistant, trained specifically on your course content. It helps participants find answers to questions between sessions. You remain in full control of what goes into the chatbot's knowledge base.

What's the difference between Option 1 and Option 2?

With Option 1, your organisation sits within the Mindful Brian app — participants download it and see your course alongside the broader Mindful Brian platform. Setup is immediate. With Option 2, you get a fully custom-branded app published under your own name, which involves additional development work and a bespoke quote.

What types of programmes can I deliver on the platform?

BeWell Catalyst supports a wide range of evidence-based wellbeing interventions, including mindfulness programmes (MBSR, MBCT), yoga therapy, Alexander Technique, stress resilience training, and more. The platform is intervention-agnostic — you structure the content to suit your modality.
