Shaped by eight years of real-world use

The Catalyst platform has been shaped by eight years of real-world deployment with healthcare professionals and wellbeing practitioners. It's not a generic learning management system. It's purpose-built by the community, for the community.

I built this platform because I needed it myself. As a mindfulness teacher, I wanted to extend group learning beyond the classroom and reach people where they are, on their phone. I couldn't find a tool that understood how wellbeing programmes actually work: the daily practices, the between-session support, the gentle accountability. So I created one.
